🔄 Refund & Return Policy – Deep LED

At Deep LED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering certified, high-quality LED products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned or replaced only in the following cases:
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Transit damage (must be reported immediately on delivery)
    • Wrong product delivered
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with invoice/bill.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, electrical surge, or mishandling are not eligible for return/refund.
  • Customized or special-order products are non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of replacements, a new product will be dispatched after verification.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item, Deep LED will bear the shipping charges.
  • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged by misuse, power fluctuation, waterlogging, or physical damage.
  • Products without original invoice or beyond the return period.
