- All Deep LED products are certified and tested before dispatch.
- Warranty is valid for 2–3 years (depending on product category) against manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

- Electrical fluctuations/surges
- Physical damage, waterlogging, or mishandling
- For warranty claims, proof of purchase (invoice) is mandatory.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices displayed on www.deepled.in are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Deep LED reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
- Payments must be made in full before shipment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer pan-India delivery.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and stock availability.
- Deep LED is not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners, strikes, or natural causes.
5. Returns & Replacements
- Products can be returned/replaced only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with invoice.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Deep LED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- Our responsibility is limited to the product cost and warranty obligations.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on www.deepled.in including text, images, designs, and logos are the property of Deep LED.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Beed, Maharashtra courts.
